GRADES 1 - 3
This class is designed to introduce young learners to drama, dance and public speaking.
Participants will gain a number of skills that will help them to feel comfortable when speaking to a crowd or performing on a stage. This will be achieved through fun, yet gentle drama games and movement activities.
Perfect for children new to performing arts, or who have some experience and would like to hone their skills and make new friends.
Melanie's approach is very nurturing and celebratory of all the achievements. Whether it's performing in a group, or stepping up on stage for the first time. There will be numerous milestones and creative goals achieved throughout each term. Melanie's experience as a teacher means that she is regularly taking anecdotal evidence of student growth, which can be discussed with parents on a regular basis.
Class numbers are limited and fill up quickly, so early bird registration is highly recommended.
We do not accept enrolments after the third week of term, to allow students to feel comfortable within the ensemble.
